Settings & subscription
Settings is where you manage your own profile and — if you're the owner — the organization, its branches, and the subscription. What you see depends on your role.
The settings sections
- Profile — your personal details (name, phone, specialty).
- Account — your password and security.
- Organization (owner) — the organization's name, details, and logo.
- Branches (owner) — add, edit, or remove branches. Branches share patient records but each has its own staff, schedule, and visits.
- Subscription (owner) — your plan, add-ons, and billing.
- Danger zone (owner) — delete a branch or the organization.
Your subscription
The Subscription section shows your current plan, its status (trial, active, expired, or cancelled), the renewal or trial-end date, and your usage against the plan's limits (branches and staff). Four plans are available:
- Free Trial — 1 branch, 5 staff, 14 days.
- Individual Clinic — 1 branch, 2 staff.
- Center — 1 branch, 10 staff.
- Network of Centers — 3 branches, 25 staff.
Pick a plan card to upgrade (or renew if it has expired).
Add-ons
Add-ons give you extra capacity on top of your plan without moving to a larger tier. There are two:
- Extra branch — adds a branch (and the user seats that come with it).
- Extra user — adds staff seats.
Make sure your plan is active
Add-ons need an active paid plan — you can't buy them on a trial.
Add the one you need
Click Add on the add-on. For extra users, choose how many seats.
Choose how to pay
Pick a payment method (InstaPay or mobile wallet) and continue to payment.
Pro-rata and effective limits
Add-ons are charged pro-rata to the time left in your term, so you only pay for the remaining period. Once verified, your add-ons appear as badges and raise your effective limits — the branches and staff you're allowed.
Billing & payments
The Payments page lists every subscription payment with its purpose (a plan or an add-on) and its status — pending, awaiting verification, verified, rejected, or cancelled. For a manual payment, open it to see the pay-to details, amount, and reference, complete the transfer, then upload your receipt; the status moves to awaiting verification and then verified. You can cancel a payment that's still pending.
Who can manage it
Subscription and org settings are owner-only
Everyone can edit their own Profile and Account. Only owners can manage the Organization, Branches, the Subscription (including add-ons), and the Danger zone. Branch managers, doctors, reception, and accountants can't change org settings or the plan. See Roles & permissions.
