What counts as a branch?

A branch is one physical location. Plans are priced per branch, so a single clinic needs one plan and a centre with three locations needs the Center or Network plan.

Do you charge per staff member?

No. Invite as many doctors, receptionists and owners as your clinic needs — staff seats are not metered and do not change the price.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. You can move between plans at any time as your clinic grows, and the change applies to your next billing period.
