Dashboard
The Dashboard is the home screen most of your team lands on after signing in — a live overview of the clinic's activity this month that adapts to who's looking.
What you see
At the top: a welcome with your name, the organization and branch you're viewing, and today's date. Below that, a set of cards and charts:
- KPI cards — attended visits, follow-ups, patients, and collected revenue, each with how it compares to last month.
- Visit throughput — a chart of attended visits and follow-ups day by day.
- Financial overview — invoiced, collected, outstanding, and your collection rate, with a daily trend and a link to the full reports.
- Patient growth — how your patient numbers are trending.
- Staff — a snapshot of your team.
- Top doctors & top services — this month's leaders by revenue.
All of it is live — pulled from your real visits, patients, and billing.
It adapts to your role
You only see what's relevant to you
Owners and branch managers see the full picture — revenue, staff, and top performers included. Doctors see only their own activity (their visits, follow-ups, and patients), without the financial, staff, or top-performer cards. Reception and accountants don't land here at all — they open straight into Visits and Financial respectively. See Roles & permissions.
One branch or all of them
If you're an owner with more than one branch, a scope switch at the top lets you flip the whole dashboard between this branch and all branches (an organization-wide roll-up).
